About The Fraternity Community at Hobart

Hobart has had a vibrant Greek life since 1840. Each Greek life institution is reviewed annually against a 5-pillar standard: Academics, Service, Philanthropy, Greek Development, and Stewardship. The community comprises 7 Fraternities, with a membership representing approximately 15% of the student body. While each organization maintains its own activities, traditions, and national affiliations, each is founded on similar principles of scholarship, leadership, community service, and lifelong friendship.

"Remember that being a Delta Chi is not an oath you take once, it's an oath you live every day."

- Former "AA" Miles Wasburn
